He is an assistant pastor at Second Baptist Church, a former White House and congressional aide, and author of more than a dozen books. He has been an organizational and management consultant and has conducted leadership conferences in 21 nations. He holds an honorary doctorate from a school in India for his contributions to leadership training in developing nations. He is one of the entrepreneurs that formed the organization Bible in the Boardroom, an organization that believes we exist to serve the Lord by applying His transforming Word in the workplace.
