Cindy Brannon was born and bred in the state of Texas where she earned a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University and was selected as the Business Student of the Year by her professors. She earned an MBA from Houston Baptist University while working full time in the Oil and Gas Industry in accounting and finance.

In 1986, she changed industries when she joined Compaq Computer Corporation. She spent the next 18 years in increasingly responsible management positions ultimately becoming Division General Manager of the $350M division responsible for remanufacturing and remarketing excess and returned products. During the Compaq/HP merger, she was responsible for driving changes across the Americas moving HP from last to first in customer satisfaction. In 2004, she received the prestigious award “Outstanding Woman in Technology”.

In 2004, Cindy was recruited by investors as the CEO/COO for Intechra, an entrepreneurial emerging growth company in Carrollton, TX. In a little over 2 years, she increased revenues from $18M to $93M while successfully acquiring 5 competitors and returning the company to profitability. She led the expansion from 1 plant to 7 plants across the US, implemented standard operating systems while earning ISO 9001, ISO 14002 and OHSAS 18001 certifications in all locations, and grew the employee base from 50 to 450+ employees. She has also published several articles on reverse logistics.

In 2007, Cindy started her own consulting business and has worked with small, medium and Fortune 100 businesses to improve their bottom line results. In 2009, she began volunteering with Global Media Outreach, a Campus Crusade for Christ ministry, whose mission is to evangelize and disciple the 2 million people each day who are searching for God via the internet.

Cindy has been married for 31 years to her husband Mike and they have one son, Blake. They are active members at Champion Fellowship Church in Brenham, TX. Cindy enjoys reading, photography, and watching her son play Minor League Baseball for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
