Speaker: Mark Cole, Executive Director of Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse of Houston

Mark Cole is an attorney serving as Executive Director of Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse of Houston and also as Vice President and General Counsel to USD LLC, an industrial real estate company engaged in rail-related projects in Texas and on the east and west coasts.

Mr. Cole has served as a director of various ministries including the Central Pregnancy Care Center, the Houston Area Pastor's Counsel, Millennium Relief and Development Services and the Torch of Freedom Foundation. He is also a member of Grace Community Church in Magnolia, the South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and the Woodlands Rotary Club.

Mr. Cole earned degrees from Baylor, Yale Divinity School, Notre Dame Law School and the University of Houston Law Center. He also studied at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland on a Rotary scholarship, where he met his wife, Shona.

Mr. Cole, Shona, their son Matthew, and daughters Lily Kate, Laura and Annie Rose reside outside of Magnolia.
