Robert Winter is an experienced trainer, consultant, and motivational speaker with over fifteen years experience in human and organizational development. He has presented over 400 seminars, classes, and workshops on leadership development, team building, and various other topics. His strong faith and love of God guide him in his business, family, and personal life.

Robert converted from Judaism to Christianity over 12 years ago after a series of losses and personal tragedies led him to his first exposure to Christianity and opened the door to an exciting spiritual journey. The grandson of poor Russian immigrants, he was raised in a strong Jewish family. His path to Christ meant difficult choices and potential alienation. He will share his story and how his faith influences all aspects of his life and business. Robert and his wife Colleen have three children and attend St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church.
