Bruce Munsterman is the President of the KHCB Network, a Christian radio ministry. The network has grown to 13 outlets, two of which are full-time in Spanish. Bruce joined the staff of KHCB in 1978 after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. He is also a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago.

Born and raised in the suburban Chicago area, Bruce moved to Houston after his studies at Moody. While at the U of H he interned in radio news at KXYZ/KAUM then owned by ABC. He volunteered for KHCB during his senior year and then was hired upon graduation.

In the fall of 1991, he was appointed General Manager and President when his predecessor Peter S. Steigerwald retired after 26 years of service. In recent years the ministry has expanded from one FM station in Houston, to 7 FM stations across Texas and one in Louisiana. Also the ministry owns two translator stations which repeat the programming in San Marcos and Bryan and two AM stations, one in Galveston (Spanish) and Huntsville. The goal of KHCB is to "Keep Him Close By." The focus is to present to a general audience on a non-commercial, primarily listener-sponsored basis, Biblical truth with an emphasis on the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Bruce and his wife, Lynn, have four children and attend the Sugarland Bible Church.
