Proverbs 27:17 "Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend."

May 9, 2006 Luncheon

Guest Speaker: Hank Hough and Isaiah 6:8

Join us to meet Hank Hough from Spring, Texas, and Isaiah 6:8, his Labrador dog. They will share their special and unique message as they demonstrate obedience throughout the course of the presentation as he speaks about God’s abundant life for us.

Hank began this ministry several years ago with Monk, a Labrador he had at the time. It was never intended to become a ministry, but their message of obedience quickly spread by word of mouth, and they found themselves in front of church youth groups, high schools, football teams, inner-city street ministries, hunting clubs and even as keynote speaker at a local job fair. Hank’s ministry is known as the Kingdom Dog Ministries. In one year, Kingdom Dog Ministries’ message of obedience went from 10 kids in a youth group to thousands locally, to hundreds of thousands around the world, courtesy of a Christian Broadcasting Network broadcast of the 700 Club.

Hank says, “We all want freedom in life – the ability to do our own thing, when we want, where we want, how we want. Most try to find freedom by rebelling against authority, against the system. When a dog disobeys, he gets locked up, put on a leash, or he’s run over, dead in the street. It’s not much different for people, is it?” He says that “In the Bible, it clearly points out that blessing are linked to obedience.”

Join us at this exciting opportunity to see and hear a new perspective on obedience to God. For additional information on the Kingdom Dog Ministries go to www.kingdomdog.com.
