Michelle He (何瓯) is the co-founder and Chief Academic Officer of To The Top Education Group, an admissions consulting firm headquartered in Houston, TX, specializing in helping Asian students to study at American high schools and colleges.
Michelle worked for HP Finance for 15 years, where she supported the PC group and Servers group. Michelle has extensive experience partnering with sales, R&D, marketing and business development executives.
Originally from Sichuan, China, Michelle attended Peking University, majoring in International Politics; received her BS Business Administration from State University of New York (SUNY) and MBA from San Francisco State University. As a junior at Peking University, Michelle protested at Tiananmen Square on the eve of June 4, 1989. She escaped China later that year.
She is an active member of Asian Chamber of Commerce Houston and an accomplished Toastmaster. She served as board treasurer of Etoile Academy Charter School in Houston, TX, President of Chinese Association of Professionals in Science and Technology in 2016-2017 and is now a board member of Peking University Alumni Association Houston and Goldman Sachs 10000 small businesses alumni.
Michelle lives in Tomball with her husband Gary Gray. They attend Harvest Bible Church on Mueschke Road.
